Speak For Love | Communicate For Confidence | Inspire For Growth

Learning any language from scratch online is very challenging. You have to be resilient and have the drive to meet and connect with people who are total strangers on the internet. One thing is certain, if you learn languages, the entire world population is your social community.

Today a member of this world community, Mr Robert Padgett from AbroadLanguages will join Success With Foreign Languages as guest writer, and I am so excited because his Native language is Spanish!!

The Wonderful World Of Spanish

It is a pleasure to write this article as a guest author, I have admired Annie’s work and dedication for a while now and this is one of the times that we have gotten to work together on a project. I will be writing an article every two months talking about strategies and subject related with learning Spanish.

I will be giving tips like this on some of my other articles, but we will also cover some other serious but fun stuff. If you have any suggestions, you are welcome to leave comments and suggestions! Until next time.

I’m from Honduras, so my native language is Spanish. I have studied Spanish and English all of my life and this is why I have become fluent in both languages. Spanish is a really fun language to speak and learn, its diverse vocabulary and poetic expressions is why more people are learning this language every day.

Spanish is the official language in 21 countries and it is spoken by 450 million people and the number keeps growing. Recently the Cervantes Institute has celebrated the first “Spanish Day”, which was celebrated in 43 countries, which demonstrates the importance of this language around the world.

Probably if you’re beginning to learn Spanish, you will want to focus on the colors, the numbers, some nouns such as manzana, paella, pan, comida, bebida, agua, jugo, etc. You should also focus on some of the most used verbs such as “comer” which means to eat and “beber” which means to drink. Learn to manage these two words at least will get you food and something to drink while visiting any Spanish speaking country.

I will be giving tips like this on some of my other articles, but we will also cover some other serious but fun stuff. If you have any suggestions, you are welcome to leave comments and suggestions! Until next time.
